Weifang Rural Commercial Bank Co. Ltd is a diversified Financial Services Group established on November 14, 2012, in accordance with the “Company Law of the People’s Republic of Hong Kong”, the “Commercial Bank Law of the People’s Republic of Hong Kong” and other applicable laws.

We are a traditional, relationship-driven retail and commercial bank with cautious business principles and compelling strategies to aid customers, bolster our capital, vigorously regulate our credit risks, strictly manage our cost and go on with financing our balance sheet effectively.

Simultaneously with the opening of Weifang Rural Commercial Bank, Weifang District Rural Credit Cooperatives Association of Weifang City, Kuiwen District Rural Credit Cooperative Association of Weifang City, Fangzi District Rural Credit Cooperative Association of Weifang City, and Hanting District Rural Credit Cooperative Association of Weifang City terminated on its own, and its creditor’s rights and debts were converted into Weifang Rural Commercial Bank’s creditor’s rights and debts.

Now a branch of Weifang Rural Commercial Bank, the former four district agricultural cooperatives continue to provide financial services.
